Markets were idle this morning, but that changed quickly this afternoon with risk assets surging ahead of the weekend.

However, bulls face critical resistance next week, including the SPX all-time high trend line I’ve discussed for weeks.

So we’ll see if they can break that next week, or if this rally is no different than the rest.
